Cancellation Policy

PET HAIR IS AN ADDITIONAL $25 DOLLARS TO ALL DETAILS!!! Deposits Are Non-Refundable. We ask that you please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, we do not have a water tank system and do ask to use your water if you require a wash. I If there is a case that our generator is not working we will give you 48 hours notice and you are able to cancel with a full refund or you can reschedule. If you would like we can use your power if needed. We are not liable for any electrical or water issues. Any bookings outside of a 20 mile radius of Williamstown Nj must spend a minimum of $150 or more. If location is over 25 miles away service must be over $200 in order to travel. If service is over 30 miles the service must be over $300. If the following is not followed you maybe subject to a travel fee of $0.75 per mile. WE DO NOT TRAVEL PAST 30 MILES FROM WILLIAMSTOWN NJ.
