  • Welcome to Clean Ass Car LLC... By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.

  • The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by Clean Ass Car LLC. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.

 

  • If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.

  • All prior damage, such as scratches, dents, and or weaknesses must be notified prior to repairs of vehicles to ensure no further damage is done.

  • We do not insure vehicles that are loss or stolen while in our possession, insurance on the vehicle is the responsibility of said party

  • Due to some of the chemicals being used on the vehicle this can lead to some surfaces being slippery and can cause harm if not cautious 

​

  • All defects found upon inspection of the car shall be noted and notified to said customer prior to starting any services.

BOOKINGS

  • Bookings are to be made in advance either online, in person, email, and or phone.

  • We ask that cancellations please be made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. 

  • Deposit are Non-Refunable. 

  • Any bookings outside of a 20 mile radius of Williamstown Nj service must either spend a minimum of $150 or more. if not a traveling fee may be applied.

  • Any bookings outside of a 25 mile radius of Williamstown, Nj service must either be a minimum of $200.  

  • We DO NOT service vehicles outside of a 30 Mile Radius of Williamstown, NJ.

  • You maybe subject to traveling fee of $0.50 per mile. 

PRICING

  • Prices are based upon the amount of time the service shall take along with the size of the vehicle. 

  • Once a price is given that set amount shall not change. 

  • We reserve the right to raise pricing on services. 

  • Contact us for pricing on monthly service plans and or large fleets. ex: Limo, 18 wheelers

PAYMENT​

  •  A down payment is due to at the initial booking of a scheduled appointment to reserve your vehicles time slot. 

  • The down payment Is also in place as a place holder in the vent a cancellation may occur within the 24-hour time frame of the service 

  • Payments are due in full after the completion of your service 

  • If payment is not received in full we reserve the right to hold your vehicle as collateral until payments are received.

  •  Chargeback Agreement

    No Chargebacks: By purchasing our service package, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks are not an acceptable method of dispute resolution. If you have any issues or concerns with the service provided, please contact us directly within 24 hours to resolve them. We will address all valid concerns promptly and work to ensure your satisfaction.

   All Sales Are Final: Once a service is completed, all sales are considered final. Refunds will only be issued if there is a valid reason, such as a service not being performed as described. Any refund request must be made within 24 hours of service completion. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.
